Matt Cave
Founder / CEO
Matt is the founder of ActiViva and a highly experienced business leader. Over the course of Matt’s 20-year career, he has worked in management roles in various industries allowing him to fully harness his talent and skill in strategy, business development, performance and change management. Matt has founded multiple startups including his marketing agency which he started in 2003, scaled and sold in 2015 to a leading ASX-listed marketing communications company.

Ben Loiterton
Advisor
Ben’s career spans over 25 years in investment banking, investment management and entrepreneurial activity. He is an experienced public company director and has also co-founded several start-up businesses. Ben is currently a director and shareholder of ASX-listed tech company Aeeris Limited (ASX:AER), and private companies Meetmagic, and Music Equity Corporation. He is also a partner at Sydney-based merchant bank Andover Corporate Finance.

John Smallwood
Advisor
John is a highly experienced corporate executive, management consultant and an accredited Master Coach specialising in high performance leadership. John’s career spans over 20 years and has included founding numerous startups through to engagements as CEO of listed enterprises. He has successfully led and managed businesses in Europe, Australia and throughout Asia. He is also currently director and shareholder of tech startup Engenesis.
